Return Policy
1. Returns
We offer returns on unopened coffee packages. To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at monsoonbrew@gmail.com before 5 days of receiving the product.
Return is only applicable for damaged products.
2. Return Process
To return a product, please follow these steps:
– Contact our customer support team to request a Return Authorization.
– Securely package the items you wish to return.
– Include a copy of your original order confirmation or packing slip.
– Mail the package to the address provided by our customer support team.
3. Refunds
Once we receive the returned items, we will inspect them and process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
